Decheznous "Dechez" Moise Mingwikwi is a Congolese-born master hair artist who trained under entrepreneurial uncles in Tanzania before earning his official hairdressing diploma. He brought that legacy of craft to Winnipeg in 2019.

After building a loyal clientele working in salons across the city, Dechez opened Hair by DG — a boutique studio in the heart of downtown Winnipeg dedicated to celebrating every hair texture with expertise, care, and genuine community spirit.
